INFRINGEMENTS (GENERAL) FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 61 OF 2009) - REG 7

Schedule 3—Water Act 1989

After item 12.10 in Schedule 3 to the Principal regulations, insert —

    "12.11     Subclauses 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of By-Law No. 104 Urban Water Restrictions [2] .

    12.12     Subclauses 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of Water Restriction By-Law No. 511 [3] .

    12.13     Subclauses 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of Water Restriction By-Law 08/01 [4] .

    12.14     Subclauses 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of By-Law No. 2 Water Restrictions for Drought Response [5] .".
