ROAD MANAGEMENT (TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019) TRANSITIONAL REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 152 OF 2019) - REG 10

Without limiting section 138 of the Act, the register of specified roads kept by VicRoads under section 42A of the Act before the commencement day is taken, on that day, to be kept by the Head, Transport for Victoria.
