ROAD MANAGEMENT (TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019) TRANSITIONAL REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 152 OF 2019) - REG 9

    (1)     This regulation applies if the Minister has, before the commencement day, given VicRoads a direction under section 22 of the Act and VicRoads has not given effect to the direction before that day.

    (2)     On the commencement day, the direction is taken to have been given to the Head, Transport for Victoria.
