ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES 2009 (SR NO 94 OF 2009) - REG 148A

Giving way when moving within a single marked lane

r. 148A

If a driver diverges to the left or right within a marked lane, the driver must give way to any vehicle that is in the lane.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.
