ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES AMENDMENT RULES 2020 (SR NO 121 OF 2020) - REG 11

For rule 288(3)(c) of the Principal Rules substitute —

    "(c)     the driver has a reasonable need to use a wheelchair—

              (i)     because of the driver's physical condition; or

              (ii)     for the purpose of training under the instruction or supervision of a registered health practitioner.".
