ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES AMENDMENT RULES 2020 (SR NO 121 OF 2020) - REG 12

    (1)         In rule 299(2)(ba) of the Principal Rules—

        (a)     for "a mobile data terminal fitted to" substitute "in or on";

        (b)     for "or an enforcement vehicle" substitute ", enforcement vehicle or a sheriff's vehicle".

    (2)     In the note at the foot of rule 299(2)(ba) of the Principal Rules, for "and enforcement vehicle " substitute ", enforcement vehicle and sheriff's vehicle ".

    (3)     In rule 299(2)(bb) of the Principal Rules omit "or (c)".
