Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA passenger on a public commercial passenger vehicle or a public passenger vehicle operated for the purpose of a regular passenger service must—
(a) possess a valid ticket or other authority to take the journey; and
(b) on the demand of the licence holder of the vehicle, accredited person who operates the vehicle, owner or driver of the vehicle or person authorised by the Secretary, produce the ticket or authority for inspection to that person.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
