WILDLIFE REGULATIONS 2024 (SR NO 45 OF 2024) - REG 139

    (1)     A person who cares for wildlife on behalf of the holder of a licence to which this regulation applies and who is not an employee of that licence holder is exempt from the following provisions, to the extent that the person is caring for wildlife under the immediate supervision of the licence holder or an employee of the licence holder—

        (a)     the operation of sections 41, 43, 44, 45 and 47 of the Act;

        (b)     any offence under these Regulations.

    (2)     In this regulation—

"licence to which this regulation applies" means—

        (a)     wildlife dealer licence; or

        (b)     wildlife demonstrator licence; or

        (c)     wildlife displayer licence; or

        (d)     game bird farmer licence; or

        (e)     wildlife farmer licence.
