Powers of Minister in preserving relics

25. Powers of Minister in preserving relics



(1) The Minister shall for the purpose of preservation of any relic take such
action as is reasonable for that purpose.

(2) The owner of any land shall receive compensation from the Crown for all
damage or disability which may arise from any action taken under the
provisions of this section in respect of that land.

(3) When the landowner is willing to waive his right to compensation under
this section, he shall give to the Minister a written record of the waiver.
