Minister may take actions to preserve relics

26. Minister may take actions to preserve relics



The Minister may for the purpose of preserving relics-

   (a)  purchase or otherwise acquire a relic on behalf of the Crown;

   (b)  purchase land upon which immovable relics may be present; and

   (c)  erect screens, shelters or other structures or take such other action
        as is reasonably necessary.
