Delegation of powers

4. Delegation of powers



(1) The Minister may by writing under his hand delegate to any person any of
his powers under this Act (except this power of delegation) so that the
delegated powers may be exercised by the delegate with respect to the matters
specified in the instrument of delegation.

(2) The Secretary may by writing under his hand delegate to any person any of
his powers under this Act (except this power of delegation) so that the
delegated powers may be exercised by the delegate with respect to the matters
specified in the instrument of delegation.

(3) A delegation under this section may be revoked at will by the Minister or
the Secretary (as the case may be) and shall not prevent the exercise by the
Minister or the Secretary of any power so delegated.
