Offence to counsel or induce person to escape A person must not directly or indirectly withdraw a person without legal authority from, or counsel or induce or assist a person to escape from, a remand centre, youth residential centre or youth training centre in which the person is lawfully detained. Penalty: 15 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months.
