11. Meaning of generic terms in Australian Consumer Law for purposes of this
jurisdiction



(1) In the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria), regulator means the Director.

(2) For the purposes of the application of the Australian Consumer Law
(Victoria), court has the meaning given in section 160E of this Act.
