Records to be kept by Secretary (1) The Secretary must ensure that a financial management information system is maintained that records details of, and the purpose of, every transaction that takes place in relation to the Residents' Trust Fund. (2) The system must show the entitlement at any time of an eligible person to the capital of the Fund. (3) The Secretary may appoint agents or enter into any contract or arrangement for the provision of any services that the Secretary considers necessary to maintain the financial management information system referred to in sub-section (1).
