Investment of money in Residents' Amenities Funds50O. Investment of money in Residents' Amenities Funds (1) The Secretary may invest any money in a Residents' Amenities Fund that is not immediately required for use in any manner in which money may be invested under the Trustee Act 1958. (2) For the purposes of section 50L(2)(c), any capital gain made as the result of an investment under this section is to be treated as if it were income.
