Money in Funds may be mixed


50P. Money in Funds may be mixed





(1) Money in a Residents' Amenities Fund may be held in the same account or
investment as money in the Residents' Trust Fund.



(2) Any income from any such jointly held money must be divided between the
relevant Funds in accordance with the proportion of that money that came from
each Fund.
