55. Indemnity of former members of council of Swinburne company or Prahran
College



A person who, immediately before the appointed day, was a member of the
Swinburne council or the council of Prahran College is entitled to be
indemnified by the University in respect of any personal liability arising out
of the bona fide execution of the duties, powers, authorities and discretions
conferred or imposed on him or her as a member of that council to the same
extent and in the same circumstances as he or she was entitled to be
indemnified out of the assets of the Swinburne company or the College before
the appointed day.
