64. Powers of Swinburne Institute and Prahran College



Despite anything to the contrary in the constitution or Memorandum and
Articles of Association of the Swinburne company or Prahran College or its
council, the company, College or council shall be deemed to have, and always
to have had, power to do all things it is authorised or empowered to do under
or for the purposes of this Act or necessary to be done for the purpose of
establishing the University in accordance with this Act.
