Prescribed conditions

25. Prescribed conditions



(1) For the purposes of section 41 the prescribed particulars, terms and
conditions of an agreement for the sale of a used motor car by a motor car
trader are set out in Schedule 3.

(2) For the purposes of section 42 the prescribed particulars to be contained
in the agreement for the sale of a new motor car by a motor car trader are set
out in Schedule 4.
