Maximum payment on a claim

28. Maximum payment on a claim

For the purposes of section 77(4), the prescribed amount is-

   (a)  if the loss to which the claim relates was incurred before the
        commencement of this regulation-$20 000; and

   (b)  in any other case-$40 000.
