Retention of records

29. Retention of records

For the purposes of section 83A, the documents to be retained for at least 7
years are-

   (a)  agreement for sale of a used motor car; and

   (b)  agreement for sale of a new motor car; and

   (c)  agreement for exchange of motor car; and

   (d)  extended warranty documents; and

   (e)  Forms 5, 6, 7(a), 7(b), 7(c) and 8.
