(1) The amendments in
this section are to the Witness Protection (Western Australia) Act 1996 .
(2) Section 3(1) is
amended by deleting paragraph (c) of the definition of “approved
authority” and inserting instead —
“
(c) the
Chair of the Board of the Australian Crime Commission established by the
Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 of the Commonwealth;
”.
