Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) In this section
—
commencement day , in relation to a provision in
Part 4 of the amending Act, means the day on which that provision comes into
operation;
provisions of this Act includes regulations made
under this Act.
(2) The regulations
may contain provisions that are necessary or convenient for dealing with
matters concerning the transition from the provisions of this Act applying
before the commencement day of a provision in Part 4 of the amending Act to
the provisions of this Act applying on and after that commencement day.
