(1) An authorised
person must act —
(a) in
accordance with the directions of the Building Commissioner; and
(b)
subject to any limitation on the powers of that person referred to in
subsection (2).
(2) The powers of an
authorised person may be limited —
(a)
under a regulation; or
(b)
under a condition specified in the person’s instrument of designation as
an authorised person; or
(c) by
written notice given by the Building Commissioner to the authorised person.
(3) The Building
Commissioner may revoke or vary a condition of designation referred to in
subsection (2)(b) or a notice referred to in subsection (2)(c).
