Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Any officer of the
Department authorised by the Minister for the purposes of this section may
without warrant apprehend any person found committing an offence against this
Act or any regulation or by-law made for the purposes of this Act if the
offender refuses to give his name and address.
