Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Proceedings for an
offence against this Act may only be taken by the Minister or an officer of
the Department or a person authorised to do so by the Minister.
(2) A prosecution for
an offence against this Act shall be commenced within 2 years after the
commission of the offence.
(3) Subject to
section 113, proceedings for an offence against this Act shall be dealt with
summarily in a court of summary jurisdiction.
