Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who wilfully
prevents, or wilfully endeavours to prevent, a person who has been summoned to
attend as a witness before the Commission or Parliamentary Inspector from
attending as a witness, or from producing anything in evidence, as required by
the summons is guilty of a crime.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years and a fine of
$100 000.
