A person who uses,
causes, inflicts, or procures, any violence, punishment, damage, loss, or
disadvantage to any other person for or on account of the other person having
appeared as a witness before the Commission or Parliamentary Inspector, or for
or on account of any evidence given by the other person before the Commission
or Parliamentary Inspector, is guilty of a crime.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years and a fine of
$100 000.
