Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts If a person to whom
section 21A, 28 or 30 applies does not comply with the duty to make a
notification or report under that section, the Commission may report that
non-compliance —
(a) in
the case of the principal officer referred to in paragraph (c) of the
definition of principal officer of a notifying authority , to the CEO as
defined in section 3 of the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999 ,
the CEO as defined in the Declared Places (Mental Impairment) Act 2015
section 3, or the chief executive officer as defined in section 3 of the
Prisons Act 1981 , as is relevant to the case; and
(b) in
any other case, to a person or body who or which has the power to take
disciplinary action against the person to whom section 28 applies.
