If —
(a) a
person makes an allegation under section 25 or 28(2); or
(b) an
allegation under the A-CC Act is referred to the Commission; or
(c) a
complaint under the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971 is referred to the
Commission,
and the Commission
decides to take no action, the Commission must notify the person who made the
allegation or complaint that the Commission has decided that no action will be
taken.
