(1) If the Commission
decides under section 33(1)(c) to refer an allegation to an independent agency
or appropriate authority, the Commission is to refer the allegation as soon as
is practicable after making that decision.
(2) The allegation may
be accompanied by a report which may include —
(a) a
recommendation under section 43; and
(b) such
other recommendations as the Commission thinks fit in respect of the action to
be taken; and
(c) such
information as the Commission considers would assist the agency or authority
to take the action.
(3) If the allegation
is referred to an appropriate authority, the report may also include a
recommendation as to the period within which the action should be taken.
