Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Commission may
by notice in writing direct the Commissioner of Police or any other person to
give the Commission details of any controlled operation or integrity testing
programme for which a police officer was responsible, including the identity
of any person who participated in the operation or programme.
(2) The Commissioner
of Police or any other person to whom a notice is given under subsection (1)
is to comply with the direction in the notice as soon as is reasonably
practicable.
