Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The fortification
removal notice is to be given to the owner of the premises and, if it is given
by post, registered post is to be used.
(2) Although it is
sufficient for the notice to be given to the owner, the Commissioner of Police
is to make every reasonable attempt to give a copy of the notice, as soon as
practicable, to every interested person.
(3) A copy of the
notice may be given under subsection (2) in any way in which section 70 would
enable a fortification warning notice to be given.
