(1) A fortification
removal notice is addressed to each person to whom the fortification warning
notice was addressed, and in the same way.
(2) The notice must
contain —
(a) a
statement to the effect that, within 7 days after the day on which the notice
is given to the owner of the premises or any further time allowed by the
Commissioner of Police, the fortifications at the premises must be removed or
modified to the extent necessary to satisfy the Commissioner of Police that
the premises are no longer heavily fortified; and
(b) a
warning as to the effect of section 75; and
(c) an
explanation of the right to apply to the Supreme Court for a review under
section 76.
(3) The notice may,
but need not, include details as to what would need to be done before the
Commissioner of Police would be satisfied that the premises are no longer
heavily fortified.
