(1) A magistrate of
the Children’s Court may, on an application made by an authorised
person, issue a warrant authorising the entry of a place specified in the
warrant.
(2) A warrant may be
issued if the magistrate is satisfied that the entry is reasonably required
for the purposes of a special inquiry.
(3) A warrant may be
executed by any authorised person.
(4) A person executing
a warrant may use any force reasonably necessary.
(5) A warrant
continues to have effect until the purpose for which it was issued has been
satisfied.
