Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If an assessor
makes a compensation award, the assessor must give written reasons for making
the award to any interested person who, in writing, asks the assessor for the
reasons.
(2) If an assessor
refuses to make a compensation award, the assessor must give written reasons
for the refusal to —
(a) the
applicant; and
(b) any
other interested person who, in writing, asks the assessor for the reasons.
