Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The sheriff, and
any bailiff delegated to do so by the sheriff, must take action in accordance
with an order issued under this Act and addressed to the sheriff as soon as
practicable after receiving the order.
(2) The sheriff may
take any reasonable action that the sheriff considers necessary or convenient
for the purposes of performing the sheriff’s functions under an order
issued under this Act.
