CIVIL JUDGMENTS ENFORCEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 118

118 .         Impersonating an officer, offence of

                A person who by words or conduct falsely represents himself or herself to be an enforcement officer commits an offence.

        Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
