The objects of this
Part are —
(a) to
eliminate and ensure the absence of discrimination in employment on the ground
of sex, marital status, pregnancy, family responsibility or family status,
sexual orientation, race, religious or political conviction, impairment, age
or the publication of relevant details on the Fines Enforcement
Registrar’s website; and
(aa) to
eliminate and ensure the absence of discrimination in employment against
gender reassigned persons on gender history grounds; and
(b) to
promote equal employment opportunity for all persons,
in the authorities to
which this Part applies.
