(1) Where, for the
purposes of this Act, it is necessary to establish that a body corporate has
done an act on a particular ground, it is sufficient to establish that a
person who acted on behalf of the body corporate in the matter so acted on
that ground.
(2) Where a person
attends a conference under Division 2 of Part VII, or appears before the
Tribunal on behalf of a body or persons, whether corporate or unincorporate,
any conduct by that person when so attending or appearing shall be deemed, for
the purposes of this Act, to be conduct of the body.
