Act affects —
(a) a
provision of a deed, will or other document, whether made before or after the
date of assent to this Act, that confers charitable benefits or enables
charitable benefits to be conferred on persons of a class identified by
reference to any one or more of the grounds of discrimination referred to in
this Act; or
(b) an
act that is done in order to give effect to such a provision.
(2) In this section,
charitable benefits means benefits for purposes that are exclusively
charitable according to the law in force in Western Australia.
