Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts For the purposes of
this Division —
(a)
convicted has the same meaning as in the Sentencing Act 1995 ; and
(b) a
person is convicted of an offence notwithstanding that a spent conviction
order is made under section 39 of the Sentencing Act 1995 in respect of the
conviction.
