Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) One or more orders
may be made under this Division against a person convicted of an offence
against this Act.
(2) Orders may be made
under this Division in addition to any penalty that may be imposed in relation
to the offence.
(3) Orders made under
this Division in relation to an offence are not limited by the monetary
penalty that may be imposed in respect of the offence.
(4) Nothing in this
Division limits the court’s powers under the Sentencing Act 1995 or the
Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 .
