(1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may —
(a)
prescribe the documents that are required to be given or kept for the purposes
of this Act; and
(b)
provide for the registration and renewal of registration under this Act; and
(c)
prescribe the information and returns to be given or made for the purposes of
this Act; and
(d)
control, regulate and prohibit advertising by education service providers; and
(e)
prescribe penalties not exceeding $1 000 for any offence against the
regulations.
