Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Attorney
General, on the recommendation of the Chief Judge, is to appoint as personal
staff for the judges such associates, orderlies and other assistants as the
Attorney General considers necessary.
(2) Persons appointed
under subsection (1) are not to be appointed under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 but nothing in this subsection prevents a
person who has been appointed under Part 3 of that Act from being appointed
under subsection (1).
