Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
section 27 and subsection (2), there are to be appointed under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 such persons as are necessary for the
performance of the Court’s functions and a person so appointed may hold
office as such in conjunction with any other office in the Public Service.
(2) The Attorney
General, on the recommendation of the Chief Judge, may employ or engage a
person other than a person appointed under Part 3 of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 to work in or for the Court.
