Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The powers of
entry conferred by this Division may be used for performing any function that
a local government has under this Part, if entry is required for the
performance of that function.
(2) The powers of
entry upon land conferred by this Division are in addition to and not in
derogation of any power of entry conferred by any other law.
(3) Entry under this
Division may be made with such assistants and equipment as are considered
necessary for the purpose for which entry is required.
