(1) The Governor may
by proclamation declare that no offensive trade or no offensive trade of any
specified class shall be established within any area defined in the
proclamation, except within such portion of the area as may be declared in the
proclamation to be open to the establishment of such trade; and the Governor
may in like manner revoke or vary any such proclamation, and every such
proclamation shall, notwithstanding anything in this Act, be observed and have
effect according to its tenor.
(2) A person who in
any manner contravenes a proclamation issued under this section commits an
offence.
