Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts It shall be lawful to
construct and maintain a railway with all necessary, proper and usual works
and conveniences in connection therewith as an extension of the
Kwinana-Mundijong-Jarrahdale Railway constructed under the authority of the
Kwinana-Mundijong-Jarrahdale Railway Act 1961 , between the points and along
the line described in the Schedule to this Act, and more particularly defined
and delineated and coloured red on the plan marked C.E. Plan No. 59484
deposited pursuant to section 96 of the Public Works Act 1902 .
