KWINANA-MUNDIJONG-JARRAHDALE RAILWAY EXTENSION ACT 1967 - SECT 3

3 .         Authority for deviation

                Notwithstanding anything contained in the Public Works Act 1902 , it shall be lawful to deviate from the line as described in the Schedule to this Act, to the extent of 5 miles on either side of that line.
